Cancer Trials Australia’s administrative team provides integrated management of all administrative aspects of clinical trials. We can provide the full range of clinical trial administrative services, either in house or through our links and affiliations.
Ethics Submission Our Clinical Trials Administrative Team expedites ethics approval timelines for clinical trials. We provide coordinated Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) submissions for Cancer Trials Australia sites. Our dedicated ethics submission coordinators at each of the clinical sites efficiently prepare all the documentation required to gain ethical approval to conduct the trial. They ensure submissions are of a high standard and respond quickly to queries, aiming to achieve approval in the shortest possible time. Once the study is active, they manage the study file and any ongoing approvals such as amendments and Serious Adverse Events.
Dedicated Administrative Services The capabilities of our dedicated administrative team include • A single contact point to facilitate negotiations and contracts to services at all member Cancer Trials Australia sites • Experienced and dedicated administrative staff ensuring adherence to all legal, ethical and regulatory requirements for conducting clinical trials • Streamlining and fast-tracking of approval processes • A unique infrastructure ensuring clinicians and researchers are free to focus on clinical trial conduct, patient care, and recruitment • Investigator file maintenance across all sites • Value to research and development companies by providing realistic, detailed and transparent study budgets • An understanding that sponsors want reliability, accuracy and timeliness of data within a cost-effective means • A secure, web based clinical trials management system enabling easy access for research teams to input data and chart progress of trials
