The Board of Directors are responsible for creation of the strategic positioning of the organisation, the Corporate Governance and the management of the Chief Executive Officer. The Board Chairperson is Professor Mark Rosenthal who has had a significant experience in the management and strategic direction of CTA. Together with his role as Director of Oncology at Melbourne Health and many government committees involved in Cancer core he brings a wealth of experience and direction to the Board. The other members of the Board provide CTA with a mix of skills essential for an organisation acting as a service provider in the field of Cancer core and Clinical Trial Management.
